摘要

《清华大学藏战国竹简》第六辑《郑武夫人规孺子》、《郑文公问太伯》和《子产》三篇是有关郑国历史的文献，虽然记载了不同时代的郑国历史、人物，叙述方式也不尽相同，但都较为明显地反映出一条主线，那就是对贤臣的重用与信任。通过与《良臣》的对比可以推知，《良臣》篇应是其作者依据所了解的贤君能臣故事和郑国史类文献编缀而成。《子产》篇记载了“铸刑书”的内容，体现了子产的宽政思想，与以孔子为代表的儒家思想有相通之处，证明了孔子以“宽猛相济”总结子产遗言的合理性，能够解决学术史上的重要争端。

Abstract

Zheng Wu Fu Ren Gui Ru Zi

Zheng Wen Gong Wen Tai Bo and Zi Chan

in the sixth volume of

Tsinghua Bamboo Slips

are all historical documents about Zheng(state). Although they records different history and personages in different era of Zheng(state) through different narrative mode

they all reflect trust to virtuous court officials and put them in an important position. Compared with

Liang Chen

we can see that Liang Chen is created through combing stories of virtuous court officials and historical documents about Zheng(state). "Zhu xing shu" in

Zi Chan

also reflects tolerant police of Zi Chan. It is similar with Confucianism. This also prove that Confucius’s thoughts summary Zi Chan’s last words is reasonable and can solve important controversy in academic history.
