摘要

渐进式民主是当代中国民主发展道路的优化选择

但发展到目前也面临着内卷化的困境。民主发展内卷化的内在原因主要在于渐进式民主的"空洞化"。要走出民主"内卷化"

需要进行科学的顶层设计

提出清晰的"渐进式民主"的具体推进规划。为此

确立"基础工程—上层建筑工程"的"阶段性民主"推进规划是较为稳妥的对策选择。

Abstract

Progressive democracy is the best choice for the development of democracy in contemporary China

but now it is facing the plight of the"involution"which is caused by the"hollowing out"of progressive democracy itself. In order to solve the problem of the "hollowing out"of democracy

we urgently need to put forward a scientific top design and a specific plan to improve the progressive democracy. Establishing the plan of promoting"Periodical Democracy"of"Foundation-Superstructure works"is the countermeasure choice.
