Since the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC)

and has made historical achievements. There are many reasons for these achievements

but technology is comparatively critical. Looking back

the coupling of technological changes and poverty alleviation has gone through three stages: generalized poverty alleviation based on agricultural technology

standardized poverty alleviation based on information technology

and precise poverty alleviation based on intelligent technology. These technologies not only improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation

but also reshape poverty alleviation

making the main body of poverty alleviation change from unitary to pluralistic

the object of poverty alleviation change from inaccurate to precise

the means of poverty alleviation change from experience-driven to data-driven

and the structure of poverty alleviation change from pyramidal to flat. In the new stage of effectively consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation and connecting them with rural revitalization

the poverty alleviation technologies and experience accumulated over the past century since the founding of the CPC are still quite useful

and it is still necessary to continuously apply new technologies to improve the dynamic monitoring of poverty-returning and relevant assistance mechanism

manage poverty alleviation assets and facilitate the realization of agricultural and rural modernization.
