In the context of new and old kinetic energy transformation
reasonable distribution and resettlement of redundant workers is the primary issue enterprises cutting overcapacity have to face. Unlike laid-off workers in the 1990s
redundant workers to be distributed and resettled have higher standards for the quality of their future work
paying more attention to the degree of satisfaction and sense of achievement. The study finds that degree of work matching is comparatively high
degree of satisfaction is comparatively low
degree of satisfaction for different directions of distribution is obviously different
and degree of satisfaction and degree of work matching is disproportionate. The high degree of work matching is because the government
the enterprises and the society have provided enough choices
the low degree of satisfaction is due to the large gap between the expectation and reality before and after the distribution and resettlement and the lack of sufficient objective understanding of practical difficulties. Actually
the root causes of low degree of satisfaction are the lack of career planning and inadequate handling of psychological pressure and protection of rights and interests. In order to optimize employee distribution and resettlement and improve their degree of satisfaction and sense of achievement
we need to use scientific methods to provide professional guidance for the career planning of involved employees so as to make scientific career decisions
give psychological counseling scientifically and effectively
pay attention to humanistic care and relieve psychological pressure
give full play to the advantages of new kinetic Energy and new business form and promote new employment. Finally
the trade union should participate in the whole process of distribution and resettlement to safeguard workers’ rights and interests.
