摘要

“一带一路”倡议的实施扩大了要素流动规模，会对我国产业结构优化产生影响。本文分析了“一带一路”背景下要素流动对产业结构优化的作用路径，并基于2010—2016年中国31个省(市)地区的数据进行实证检验，研究资本、技术、劳动力三种生产要素的流动对我国产业结构合理化和高度化的影响，结果表明“一带一路”倡议所带来的扩大化要素流动在整体上有利于我国各地区产业结构优化，不同要素的流动对产业结构优化的影响效应不同，同一要素的国内流动和国际流动对产业结构也会产生不同影响，并据此提出政策建议。

Abstract

The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative has expanded the scale of factor flow

which has an impact on the optimization of China’s industrial structure. This paper analyzes the influence path of factor flow to industrial structure optimization in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative. Based on the empirical data from 31 provinces (municipalities) in China from 2010 to 2016

the article examines the impact of the flow of capital

technology and labor on the rationalization and heightening of China’s industrial structure. The results show that the expansion of factor flow brought by the Belt and Road Initiative is beneficial to the optimization of industrial structure in various regions of China. Different factor flows have different effects on industrial structure optimization. Domestic and international flows of the same factor have different effects on the industrial structure. Finally

policy recommendations are proposed accordingly.
