摘要

国有制造企业高质量发展的本质特征是绿色创新发展，绿色创新发展是实现高质量发展的必然选择。本文以晨鸣纸业为案例研究对象，基于高质量发展视角系统探讨国有制造企业绿色创新升级的具体路径。研究发现，高质量发展视角下晨鸣纸业绿色创新存在着“绿色技术创新—绿色组织创新—绿色产业链创新”三条升级路径，三条路径协同推进国有制造企业绿色转型升级。本文的研究发现丰富了国有制造企业升级的相关理论，对国有制造企业实施绿色创新升级具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract

The essential characteristic of the high quality development of state-owned manufacturing enterprises is the development of green innovation

which is the inevitable choice to achieve high quality development. The paper takes Chenming Group for case study to explain green innovation transformation and upgrading process of state-owned manufacturing enterprises from the angle of high quality development. This study finds that there are three paths of green innovation process in Chenming Group from the angle of high quality development

which are green technology

green organization

and green industry chain. The three paths cooperate to promote the green transformation and upgrading of state-owned manufacturing enterprises. The study is significant in enriching the transformation and upgrading theories of state-owned manufacturing enterprises and helping China’s state-owned manufacturing enterprises achieve green innovation transformation.
