摘要

1949年以来，中国的对外开放与对外贸易受到内因与外因的共同作用，在阶段性与连续性的对立统一中持续发展。从1949年到2019年，中国的对外开放及外贸发展大致可以分为四个不同的阶段，每个阶段的内外形势、发展特征、政策体系及发展结果均不完全相同，但是坚持对外开放和积极发展对外贸易的主旨一直没有动摇。我国的对外开放以及对外贸易整体上处于持续扩大与持续深化的发展态势，良好的综合效果在我国经济社会发展全局中已经展现。

Abstract

China’s foreign trade has developed sustainably in the unity of opposites between continuity and stages since 1949. China's opening up to the outside and foreign trade can be divided into four different stages roughly from 1949 to 2019. The situations at home and abroad

the policies

the development characteristics and the results were not all the same in each stage. They even had big differences. Some special measures may be opposite. However

the principle of adhering to opening to the outside world and developing foreign trade actively had never changed. Foreign trade as a whole was continuously expanded and deepened

and ultimately it had achieved good comprehensive results.
