it discusses the practice of "community factory" in Shanxi Province as poverty alleviation and rural construction mode. Through the design of resilient governance mechanism for rural revitalization

we try to enhance the environmental resilience

economic resilience and social resilience in rural revitalization. To realize rural revitalization in poor areas

we should comprehensively improve the local governance capacity

to shape the endogenous motive force for poverty alleviation

to activate the public spirit of rural communities

and to promote the benign interaction between rural revitalization and accurate poverty alleviation.
