learner persona can realize the screening and integration of data resources
which is conducive to the realization of precision teaching. First of all
this study refers to the general process of instructional design
and constructs a target-oriented precision teaching intervention design framework based on learner persona. Then
guided by Bloom’s educational cognitive goal classification theory and taking junior high school English grammar teaching as an example
a cognition-oriented behavioral goal classification system
its data index and a precise result goal classification system are developed. Then
a target-oriented learner persona model is constructed to draw a persona based on learners’ interest characteristics
behavior characteristics and knowledge level
accurately distinguishing students and diagnosing teaching problems. Then
based on the results of learner persona
from the perspectives of goals
behaviors and results
a series of precision teaching intervention strategies such as target precision stratification
personalized resource push
risk supervision and early warning
peer dialogue feedback and reflective evaluation are proposed. Finally
the intervention strategy is applied in teaching
and the results show that: the precision teaching intervention strategy based on learner persona has significant effects on the improvement of behavioral goals
