supervision and management. Through empirical analysis of the function of county government in supply system of public services in new type rural community

we found some problems. For example

there exist differences between public service projects provided in rural community oriented by government and the demand and preference of residents

government doesn't provide enough support and cultivation to social organization and performance evaluation system still has some problems. In order to improve the function of county government

we should focus on building three mechanisms: public information collection mechanism which can precisely reflect the demands of publics

multiple social organization cultivation mechanism and scientific and efficient rural community public service evaluation mechanism.
