Postmodern Nostalgia and Industrial Heritage Tourism: With the Heritage Tourism of Changchun Film Studio as an Example.
Industrial heritage tourism reflects the mentality of postmodern nostalgia. Postmodern nostalgia focuses on the "recent past"
and achieves a reconciliation between the past and the present through nostalgic consumption
forming a social mechanism that can make up for regrets. The heritage tourism of state-owned film studios has well explained this social mechanism. In the tourist interaction with Changying Cultural Street
tourists mobilize
beautify and selectively shield the past through experiential nostalgia experience and acquired nostalgia experience
thus achieving self-continuity and identity. In this process
tourists formed a cultural identity of "loftiness"
and participated in cultural reproduction
reshaping their brand awareness of Changying. By constructing the postmodern nostalgia mechanism analysis framework of "postmodern nostalgia experience-cultural identity-cultural reproduction"
the article provides a theoretical basis for enterprises that are still operating to develop industrial heritage tourism.
