摘要

社会转型对企业社会责任公众认同的客体和主体产生了多维影响。公众对企业社会责任的认同解离，既与社会转型期企业履行社会责任的行为表现有较大关联，更与公众理性、价值诉求的多样化、媒体发展等社会情境密切相关。公众对企业社会责任认同的形成具有强烈的复合性，是基于认知、互动和情境的综合结果。要重构企业社会责任的公众认同，需通过优化发展模式和完善信息沟通策略进行企业社会责任治理的主动转型，还要形成企业社会责任行为约束规制和刚性底线的治理机制，建构企业社会责任公众认同修复的社会情境。

Abstract

Social transition has many dimensions influence on object and subject of public recognition of enterprises social responsibility. Public recognition deconstruction not only has closely connection with enterprises’ behavioral expression during social transition

but also closely connects with social situation such as public reason

diversification of public demands and development of media. Public recognition of enterprises social responsibility is complex. This recognition is comprehensive result based on cognition

interaction and situation. To reconstruct public recognition of enterprises social responsibility

we need optimize development mode and improve information communication strategy to transform enterprises social responsibility government positively. We need form enterprises social responsibility behavior restriction rules and governance mechanism baseline to construct enterprises social responsibility repair situation.
