摘要

改革开放以来，退役军人就业安置制度不断探索、创新就业保障和服务法规体系。以改革开放为起点，以党的十三大、党的十七大、党的十九大为时间节点，这一制度体系逐步走过了正式形成阶段、创新优化阶段和整合提升阶段。在机构设置、经济补偿、就业指导、信息服务、继续教育、政策扶持、特殊安置等方面都取得了突出成就，为国防和经济社会发展做出了突出贡献。新时代退役军人就业安置制度创新的任务仍然很艰巨。

Abstract

Ex-Serviceman job placement institution constantly explores and innovates employment security and regulation system since the reform and opening-up policy. The reform and opening-up policy as starting point

policies support and special placement which makes great contribution to national defense and economic society development. Institutional innovation of ex-serviceman job placement is still a great task in new era.
