The large gap between private higher learning institution teachers and public higher learning institution teachers is the core dilemma in the construction of private higher learning institution teachers' team now. This gap reflects on social status
income level
welfare level and profession development circumstance and situation several aspects. The main negative effect of this gap is that it is hard to private higher learning institution to attract outstanding person and keep them. There are many system impediments of private higher learning institution teachers breaking through identity dilemma. The external system impediments are imperfect legal person system
defective social security system and backward redress system of right. The internal system impediments are low-developed enterprise management system
teaching management system and profession development support system. The government should eliminate system impediments of private higher learning institution teachers breaking through identity dilemma from legal person system
social security system
redress system of right and modern university system of private higher learning institution.
