Zi Bo as one of six national pilot zones of poverty alleviation reform undertakes tasks to explore and innovate poverty alleviation policies in the whole country. Zi Bo can provide experience from its practice. This paper construct seven dimensions nine factors mode to observe subjective well-being of special difficult group in rural area. This paper also applies analysis of variance on current situation and influence factors on subjective well-being of 804 special difficult people of 335 villages in Zi Bo. The research finds that general subjective well-being of special difficult group in rural area is above-average. Subjective well-being of special difficult group in rural area is influenced by inner personal character and external factors such as individual situation

economic position and social support.
