摘要

残疾大学生就业一直是社会关注的重要话题。本研究运用质性研究方法，通过深度访谈北京市视障大学生来探究影响残疾大学生就业的主要因素。研究发现残疾大学生的就业能力在政府政策支持、高校职业规划引导等因素的影响下得到了较大改善。尽管就业形势相对严峻、就业领域相对单一，但在各类社会帮助下，残疾大学生普遍具有积极的就业态度，愿意回报和奉献社会，积极参与公共服务。在此基础上本研究构建了以就业形势、就业能力和社会帮助为核心的残疾大学生就业倾向理论模型，并从残疾大学生提升就业能力、高校加强职业规划引导、政府完善相关法律和政策、社会提供人文关怀角度提出了具体的政策建议。

Abstract

Disabled college students' employment is a long-term concern of the society. Based on retrospect on the domestic and foreign research on disabled college students's education and employment

this research interviews visual impaired college students about their influence factors of employment tendency in Beijing

and uses grounded theory's coding scheme to analyze and discuss to give according policy suggestions.
