摘要

新工业时代是高度信息化的时代，离开网络化智能化的工具，人们不可能进行生产和生活。所以，新工业时代是一个由信息化主导和驱动的时代，我们进行新工业革命，首要的任务就是大力推进网络化智能化建设。到2050年，我们要建立起高速度高质量广泛存在的网络，实现社会高度网络化，实现物质网络、能量网络、信息网络的一体化。同时，我们还要制造高性能的新一代智能机器，要广泛实现智能化，如家居智能化、汽车智能化、飞机智能化、工厂智能化、社区智能化、城市智能化等。

Abstract

New industrialization is highly informational age. People can work and exist without network and intellectual instruments. Therefore

new industrialization is dominated and powered by informatization. We carry on industrialization new revolution need promote network intellectual construction. In 2050

we should build up high-speed and high-quality network and realize highly networked society and realize integration of material network

energy network and information network. Meanwhile

we need produce high-performance intellectual machines to realize wide range intelligence

such as intellectual home

intellectual car

intellectual airplane

intellectual factory

intellectual community and intellectual city.
