Cultivation of new professional peasants is the need of agricultural modernization

rural population urbanization and profession of peasants. Although we have some achievements in cultivation of new professional peasants

there are some deficiencies in educational training

standard management and policies support. Based on cultivation experience of developed countries

this paper proposes innovation ways from aspects such as selecting cultivation subject

constructing cultivation system

selecting cultivation mode

evaluating cultivation result and making support policies.
