摘要

据研究表明，我国2035年后GDP年均增速可能降至3%以内，失去追赶效应，陷入“初等发达国家陷阱”，而不能在2050年达到“中等发达国家的收入水平”如期建成社会主义现代化强国。目前，由新科技革命新产业革命形成的新工业革命正在全球兴起，我们要抓住这个历史机遇积极实施新工业化发展战略，确保年均5%~6%的增长，到2050年如期建成社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。

Abstract

According to studies

annual rate of GDP growth may be lower than 3% after 2035. China will lose catch-up effect and fall into elementary developed countries trap

then can’t achieve income level of moderately developed country and establish a strong socialism modernized country as expectation. Now

new industrial revolution caused by new technology revolution flourishes. We should seize this historical opportunity and promote new industrialization development strategy actively to insure 5%~6% annual rate of GDP growth. In 2050

we achieve the Chinese Dream that establish a strong socialism modernized country as expectation and bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
