Democratic centralism

Why does the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pay so much attention to the implementation of democratic centralism now? The reason is that the rule of ruling CPC raises new requirements for democratic centralism. The risks Chinese economy is faced with also requires to enhance and improve the leadership of the Party and insist on the principle of democratic centralism. In future

we should pay more attention to the institution construction of democratic centralism. First of all
