摘要

党的十九大以来，我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。当前，伴随着数字革命的蓬勃开展，数字经济发展方兴未艾，正在成为推动我国经济高质量发展的新引擎。有关数字经济与经济高质量发展的研究层出不穷，然而数字经济推动经济高质量发展的作用机制尚不明确，亟待深入探讨。本文通过构建相关指标体系测算数字经济与经济高质量发展综合指数，建立回归模型并引入中介效应检验，以探寻数字经济推动经济高质量发展的作用机制。研究发现，数字经济通过提升人力资本水平和产业结构升级有效推动了经济高质量发展，且该效应在东部与中西部之间存在区域异质性。因此，应重点打造数字经济新高地，协同推进数字产业化和产业数字化进程，发挥其对经济高质量发展的直接推动作用；应积极鼓励各地区因地制宜完善数字经济发展的制度供给；应着力加强数字化人力资本培育，促进产业结构数字化转型，为经济高质量发展打下坚实基础。

China’s economy has transferred from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development

and the scale of digital economy has been expanding with numerous researches on digital economy and high-quality development emerging. In order to further explore the mechanism of digital economy promoting high-quality development

through establishing an index system for digital economy and high-quality development

this paper measures the comprehensive index of digital economy and high-quality development

establishes the regression model and introduces intermediary effect test to analyze the mechanism of digital economy promoting high-quality development. It finds that the digital economy promotes high-quality development through the upgrading of human capital and industrial institutions

and this effect has regional heterogeneity among the eastern

the central and the western regions. Therefore

all regions should formulate policies according to local conditions

strengthen the accumulation of human capital

promote the digitization of industries

and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development.
