Research on the Performance of Regional Elderly Education Resource Allocation from the Perspective of Industry-Education-Government Synergy Based on fsQCA封面论文
The level of regional elderly education has an important influence on the harmonious development of local economy and society. How to improve the performance of regional elderly education resource allocation has attracted increasing attention. Based on the theory of coordination and resource allocation
this paper takes 16 cities in Shandong Province as research samples
integrates 5 dimensions and 7 conditions of industry
education
and government by using configuration thinking and fsQCA method
and discusses the multiple concurrent factors and complex causal mechanism that affect the performance of regional elderly education resource allocation. The results show that: (1) A single factor cannot lead to high performance of regional elderly education resource allocation. It has to be realized through multi-factor configuration linkage; (2) There are two driving mechanisms for the performance of regional elderly education resource allocation
namely
tuition fee-organization form oriented mechanism
and government funding-institution quantity oriented mechanism
with tuition fee-organization form oriented mechanism having more effect in promoting the performance of regional elderly education resource allocation; (3) There are two paths for driving the performance of non-high regional elderly education resource allocation
namely
regulation-teacher quality inhibition and financial capital-teacher quantity inhibition. In these two paths
organization form and organization quantity as the core conditions
and government regulation as the marginal condition are found missing. This study enriches the theory of regional elderly education resource coordination
expands the research methods of regional resource allocation performance
and provides guidance for local governments and relevant departments to allocate elderly education resources effectively.
