摘要

群众路线是党的生命线，党从成立伊始就把群众路线作为一切行动方针的指南。时代的推进促使党情、国情、世情发生了深刻的变化，面对新的环境形势，党的群众路线需要进行“时代化”。从内容构成上看，它是理念形态、实践方式和话语体系的有机统一；从价值功能来看，它分别是党自身发展、社会发展和国家发展的动力、保障和逻辑前提；从路径指向上看，它包含了“求顺、求进、求新”的逻辑目标和前进方向。在新的历史节点，关于为什么要推进党的群众路线时代化和如何推进党的群众路线时代化的问题，要对其从内涵、价值和指向方面来考量，力求将这一实践活动从过去传承至现在，并发展于未来。

Abstract

The Mass Line is the lifeblood of the Communist Party of China. The Communist Party of China has taken the Mass Line as the guide for all its policies since its inception. The advancement of times has brought about profound changes to the conditions of the Communist Party of China

the nation and the world. In the face of the new environment and situation

the Mass Line of the Communist Party of China needs to be "modernized". From the perspective of structure

it is the organic unity of ideological concept

practical form and discourse system; from the perspective of value function

it is the driving force

guarantee and logical premise of the Party’s own development

social development and national development; from the perspective of orientation

it contains the logical purpose and development direction to seek truth

progress and innovation. At this new juncture of history

the questions of why and how to promote the modernization of the Mass Line of the Communist Party of China should be explored in terms of connotation

value and orientation

in order to inherit this great practice from the past and develop it into the future.
