战国是《诗》学的危急时代
危急主要来自两个方面
一是时代对“诗礼”的排挤
二是来自诸子中的反《诗》学思潮。“竞利”“趋新”的战国时代使得传统的《诗》学被彻底的边缘化
而在战国影响最大的儒、墨、法、道四大学派中
除儒家外
其余三家或认为《诗》《书》蛊惑人心
主张焚毁 ;或认为《诗》是无用的糟粕
主张废弃 ;或认为《诗》只是一种知识
无补于治道。对《诗》均采取了一种否定态度。这使得《诗》学在战国的发展遭到空前绝后的困境
Abstract
The Warring States Period is a critical era of the study of The Book of Songs. There are two kinds of adverse circumstances in this period: one was the "The Book of Songs and the ceremonial rites and regulations being squeezed out the mainstream
the other one was the antipathic trend to The Book of Songs in other scholars. In the atmosphere of pursuing the interest and flexibleness
the study of The Book of Songs were drastically the accidental. Among the most influentials scholars in the Warring States Period
such as the Confucian
the Mohist School
the Taoists
the Fa school
some of them thought The Book of Songs and Shang Shu should be burn down for they can confuse the people’s minds
some of them thought The Book of Songs should be abandoned for it is useless
others thought The Book of Songs just was a kind of helpless knowledge to governing. Every one except the Confucian had an opponent attitude to The Book of Songs. The development of the study of The Book of Songs were in a sorry plight.
