Obtaining the numeric scale of the financing gap has great significance on finding new financing sources and attracting more investment from the existing sources. this paper uses FEASIBLE model to compare the expenditure needs with the supply of investment

deprive the numeric financing gaps which are of help in making suggestions on improving the environmental financing policies.
